Recording of the Rising Stars of Louisa Anniversary Program, which features a modern gospel quartet, the Rising Stars, and members James Sheldon, Jr., African American guitarist of Stevensburg, Va., and John Marshall, African American guitarist of Stevensburg, Va. Included are congregational singing, solo gospel, and spirituals, religious testimonials, sung prayer with response, and shouts. Also included are dubs from the Clive Harris Collection, comprised of assorted band music, as well as excerpts from interviews with Clive Harris.
